Messages are triggered when a prospect opt-in to the website form at https://kennect.ai/contact-us. Messages include alerts, conversation summaries, and follow-up reminders so sales teams can respond quickly and accurately. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Consent is collected at https://kennect.ai/contact-us
Changes to This Agreement
KennectAI may modify this Agreement at any time.
Except for legal or administrative updates, reasonable notice will be provided. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Access to the Services | Modifications
KennectAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability of the Services.
Account Registration

Contain false or misleading statements;
Imply KennectAI endorsement without permission.
KennectAI may remove or report violating content but does not pre-screen submissions.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, submit a notice including:
Your signature;
Description of the copyrighted work;
Location of the allegedly infringing material;
Contact information;
A good-faith statement;
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Miscellaneous
Waiver: No waiver unless in writing.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

No Partnership: No agency or joint venture is created.
