Monitoring and Enforcement

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe your work has been copied unlawfully, send a notice containing:

• Location of the infringing material;
• Contact information;
• Statement of good faith;
• Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Dispute Resolution

All actions shall be brought in Madison County, Indiana.

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
All proceedings are on an individual basis—you waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

Limitation to File Claims

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of arising or it is permanently barred.

Miscellaneous

• Waiver. No delay in exercising any right is a waiver.
• Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between parties.
• Headings. Headings are for convenience only.
• No Agency/Partnership. Nothing creates a partnership or joint venture.
• Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without written consent.
• Export Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export regulations.
